Working exclusively with women producers, Sightseer partnered with Mrs. Gemedech Fulasa to produce Space Cowboy in the Yirgacheffe area of the Gedeo Zone, one of the most acclaimed growing regions in the world for high-quality coffee. This coffee traverses between sweet, fruity, and bright with notes of blueberry jam, hibiscus, and malted milk.
