Here's how we brewed this cheerful couple of coffees to celebrate the energetic environment beachside and the ‘90s MTV hit show Spring Breakers. This set includes two fruity, punchy Colombian coffees:

Grind Guidance
Start in the middle of your espresso range on your grinder, and Series 1 will tell you to go finer or coarser after your shot pulls. It is expected that you might need to adjust based on your specific variables (i.e. location, climate, water mineral content, etc.). Small adjustments go a long way!

Steps:

Pour to 250g, swirl 5-10x once water is about 0.5-1 inch above the bed of grounds

Final pour to 300g, swirl 5-10x once water is about 0.5-1 inch above the bed of grounds
