1. Sponsor
The Dark Matter × Fellow Drops Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Fellow Products, Inc. ("Sponsor").
Dark Matter Coffee ("Dark Matter") is a promotional partner and prize provider.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Dark Matter, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on April 27, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on May 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT ("Giveaway Period").
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) primary ways to enter the Giveaway. Odds of winning are the same regardless of entry method. One entry per person max.
A. Primary Entry Method #1 — Sign Up for Fellow Drops via link in Dark Matter’s Email(SMS Entry)
During the Giveaway Period, individuals who are not Fellow Drops subscribers as of April 27, 2026 may enter by signing up for Fellow Drops, Sponsor's SMS-based coffee ordering service, using a promotional link provided via email from Dark Matter Coffee.

- Entrant must be a new Fellow Drops subscriber as of April 27, 2026 and sign up with the link from Dark Matter's email

B. Primary Entry Method #2 — Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry)
To enter without signing up for SMS messages, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

6. Email Marketing Consent
By submitting an email address in connection with this Giveaway, entrants consent to receive email marketing communications from Fellow Products, Inc., including promotional offers, product updates, and other marketing materials.
Entrants may opt out of email marketing at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any Fellow Products email or by contacting Fellow Products directly. Consent to receive email marketing is not a condition of entry or winning.
Fellow Products' collection and use of email addresses is governed by the Fellow Products Privacy Policy. Entrant email addresses will not be shared with Dark Matter Coffee for marketing purposes.
7. Prize

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within a reasonable time following the end of the Giveaway Period.
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or SMS using the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within a reasonable time, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be fulfilled after winner verification and acceptance. Physical prizes will be shipped to a U.S. address provided by the winner following the close of the Giveaway Period.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected shipments.
10. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.
11. Privacy & Data Use
Information collected from entrants will be used for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Partner Data Sharing: Entrant information will not be shared with Dark Matter Coffee for marketing purposes. Fellow Products' use of entrant data is governed solely by the Fellow Products Privacy Policy.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
13. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and Dark Matter are not responsible for technical failures, transmission errors, unauthorized intervention, or other factors beyond their reasonable control.
Sponsor's liability related to the Giveaway is limited to the ARV of the prize.
14. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification.
New Jersey Residents: Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to or shall limit or waive any rights or remedies available to New Jersey consumers under the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq.) or any other applicable New Jersey law.
15. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
