Fellow Limited Warranty — Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Warranty
This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Fellow Products, Inc. ("Fellow," "we," "us," or "our") to the original consumer purchaser ("you" or "consumer") of a Fellow-branded product ("Product") purchased new from Fellow or a Fellow-authorized retailer. This Warranty guarantees that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period specified below, beginning on the date of original purchase.
This Warranty applies only to Products purchased and used in the United States. It does not extend to Products purchased in these jurisdictions but used or transferred outside of them, nor to Products purchased or used outside the United States and Canada.
2. Definitions
-
"Product" means any Fellow-branded electric or non-electric good covered under this Warranty.
-
"Warranty Period" means the period of time, measured from the date of original purchase, during which this Warranty applies, as set forth in Section 3.
-
"Defect" means a failure of the Product to conform to Fellow's specifications due to faulty material or workmanship, occurring under normal use and in accordance with the Product's instruction manual and care instructions.
-
“Refurbished” means a unit or part that has been previously owned or used and has been inspected, reconditioned, and tested to meet Fellow's quality standards for performance and function.
3. Warranty Period
|
Product Type |
Warranty Period |
|
Electric products |
2 years from date of original purchase |
|
Non-electric products |
1 year from date of original purchase |
Mulberry Extended Protection: For select electric products, customers can purchase a Mulberry protection plan (within 90 days of purchase) that extends coverage beyond the standard 2-year electric warranty to 3 or 5 years, depending on the plan selected. Mulberry plans cover things like power surge and electrical failure damage, and claims can be filed directly through Mulberry's dashboard without a receipt.
Rebrew (Refurbished) Products: Rebrew items carry the same warranty period as the original product (2 years for electric, 1 year for non-electric), but coverage is limited to functionality mechanical and electrical performance issues. Cosmetic imperfections (minor scratches, marks, discoloration) are expected with refurbished gear and are not covered under warranty.
For full details on either program, visit our Warranty page.
4. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for coverage under this Warranty, all of the following conditions must be met:
-
You must be the original consumer purchaser of the Product.
-
You must have purchased the Product through Fellow directly or through a Fellow-authorized retailer.
-
You must provide the original sales receipt or proof of purchase acceptable to Fellow.
-
You must have purchased and used the Product in the United States.
-
You must have used the Product only as intended and in full accordance with the care and safety instructions provided with the Product.
This Warranty is extended solely to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. Any Product repaired or replaced under this Warranty will be warranted for the balance of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days from the date of such repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
5. Effect of the Warranty
-
If a Product is found to be Defective during the applicable Warranty Period, Fellow will, at its sole discretion, (i) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the Product entirely with a new or refurbished product of equal or comparable functionality at no additional charge, (iii) send replacement parts for defective parts, or (iv) reimburse the consumer the original purchase price.
-
If a replacement Product or part is unavailable at the time a claim is processed, Fellow may, at its sole discretion, provide a reasonably comparable substitute Product or a refund, which shall fully satisfy Fellow's obligation under this Warranty for that claim.
-
Repair, replacement (in full or in part), or reimbursement under this Warranty is the consumer's sole and exclusive remedy for a Defective Product.
-
The provision of a replacement Product or reimbursement terminates any further warranty obligation with respect to the original Product.
-
Warranty service may be fulfilled on an exchange basis. A replacement Product may be new or refurbished and need not be the same physical unit you sent in. Any Product or part replaced under this Warranty becomes the property of Fellow.
-
Any repaired or replacement Product is warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days from the date of warranty service, whichever is longer.
6. How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, visit returns.fellowproducts.com/warranty/fellow-warranty-claim and provide your proof of purchase along with a description of the issue. Fellow will evaluate the claim and notify you of the outcome and next steps.
As part of the claims process, the following conditions apply:
-
Fellow may request evidence of the reported issue, including photos or videos, before approving a claim.
-
Fellow may require you to return the Product before a repair, replacement, or reimbursement is issued.
-
Any returned Product will be inspected upon receipt and must be returned complete, with all original parts and components, and free from damage unrelated to the reported defect.
-
If a returned Product is incomplete or arrives with additional damage beyond the reported defect, Fellow reserves the right to deduct the cost of the missing components or damage from any refund owed, or to charge you for the repair or replacement provided.
Where an advance replacement is offered and elected, Fellow will provide a replacement Product before the defective Product is returned. In such cases, you will be charged for the value of the replacement, and this amount will be refunded upon Fellow's receipt and inspection of the returned Product. If the defective Product is not returned within the timeframe specified at the time of the claim, or is returned incomplete or in a condition inconsistent with the reported defect, Fellow reserves the right to retain all or part of the amount charged.
