Refurbished grinders come from returns. Sometimes they are new (maybe a different color caught their eye!), other times the product has been lightly used. Each grinder undergoes a thorough inspection and cleaning process to meet our sky-high standards, and carries Fellow's one-year limited warranty.
Every grinder is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and tested to ensure 100% functionality and renewed countertop glory.
Our inspection includes closely checking for cosmetic damage and blemishes. We allow minor cosmetic imperfections such as small scratches, marks, or discolorations, but all of our Rebrew gear is ready to be the centerpiece of your coffee corner.

All products that undergo the refurbishment process are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and tested to ensure original electrical and mechanical operation, as well as checked for any major cosmetic defects.
Yes, generally. Our team inspects every product’s exterior and interior for damage. We allow minor imperfections such as small scratches, marks, or discolorations, but all of our Rebrew gear is ready to be the centerpiece of your coffee corner. The entire product is then cleaned by hand inside and out, and tested to ensure original electrical and mechanical operation before being carefully packaged and sent to your doorstep. While not “new new,” you’ll still be proud to display Rebrew gear on your countertop or brew bar.
