Fellow's Take on Song Tea Carrot | Brew Recipe

An organic botanical blend with fruit and spice notes by San Francisco’s Song Tea.

Carrot is a blend of domestic dried carrots and burdock, South African honeybush, Chinese ginger, and Indonesian sweet cinnamon. It’s uncaffeinated and fully organic, with notes of carrot, red tea, and masala chai.

⚖️ Bag Size: 120g

Hot Brew

Ingredients:

  • Tea: 7g

  • Water: 300ml at 205°F

Steps:

  1. Measure 7g of botanical blend

  2. Heat water to 205°F

  3. Pour water over tea blend

  4. Steep for 2.5 minutes (2 minutes 30 seconds)

  5. Strain and decant into your favorite mug
