We made Fellow Drops to share our favorite coffees and showcase interesting new ones: from unique processing methods to underground micro-roasters. Here are a few of our past drops...
A small yield shade-grown Ethiopian with notes of floral honey and peach rings: mellow and delicate.
A pure experience of tropical fruit from Juan Pena's legendary Cup of Excellence-winning farm in Ecuador.
We were struck by the unique and wild notes of sweet pineapple and tea in this Kenyan peaberry: a true original.
This small Guatemalan lot from a stellar new single producer is like a cup of berries and whipped cream.
From one of Ethiopia's most renowned coffee co-ops, a cup of Meyer lemon-sweetened black tea.
An incredible natural process lot from Las Lajas micromill in Costa Rica: clean, light, and raspberry-tart.
A truly stellar washed Wush Wush from the roasters responsible for some of our favorite coffees of the year.
A long washing process resulted in an Ethiopian coffee we could drink all day and still find some new fruity note.
Our bestselling collaboration with Onyx: a tasting flight of four coffees including an exclusive microlot.
The Good Food Award-winners premiered this Ethiopian roast on Drops: a sublime cup of lingering sweetness.
From the volcanic soils of Kenya's Great Rift Valley, this coffee surprised us with notes of cantaloupe and honey.
There are only a few hundred certified Q graders in the country: the highest grade of sensory coffee assessment. Three of them choose the coffees here.
Our Roaster Partnerships Manager and certified Q grader, Eric's obsession with finding new coffees takes him all over the world. He once ran a heavy metal coffee popup called Grindpour.
Hailie runs the show at the Fellow store in San Francisco as Store Lead. A certified Q grader and veteran barista, she's an advocate for socially responsible coffee production.
Nick is Fellow's Director of Mechanical Engineering, VP of R&D, and a certified Q Grader. A former barista and roaster, he personally designed our incredible new Ode Gen 2 Brew Burrs.

We'll show you how to pull out every fascinating nuance from each coffee, with insights from some of the best baristas in the world.
Anyone in the continental U.S. who has an address that can receive USPS, FedEx, and UPS packages.
Every week you'll receive a text message describing a coffee. All you need to do is respond to the text message with the number of bags you'd like to purchase (1, 2…) and we'll ship to the address we have on file and charge your credit card. Drops typically open at 9am PST / 12pm EST and you have 12 hours to respond to the text to place an order. After the drop closes, we will no longer accept additional orders.
All our coffees are shipped ASAP. Our coffee offerings debut on Tuesday, process on Wednesday, and ship out Thursday or Friday. Once shipped, your coffee will arrive within 3-5 business days. Larger orders tend to arrive quicker in 2-3 business days from the ship date.
Each bag ships directly from the roaster. Typically our roasters use USPS but some use UPS and FedEx. Your address must be able to receive packages from these carriers in order to receive coffee from us.
We only offer whole bean coffee.
We tend to lean towards single-origin light roasts for pour-over. Occasionally we select a coffee with a more developed roast profile that surprises us, but that said, none of our coffees are traditional dark roasts. We’re always on the hunt for exceptional and interesting flavors: coffees with an amazing origin story, unique process, or just a profile so damn good you have to brew and drink the entire bag all in one day.
