Here's how we brewed this coffee from famed Swedish roaster Koppi. Under the leadership of coffee champions Anne and Charles, Koppi has been sourcing and roasting some of the world’s most expressive coffees since 2007.
This week’s Colombia La Fuente is a Pink Bourbon that dazzles and delivers with notes of fresh red berries and tropical fruits like mango and lychee. It’s everything we love about Swedish coffee—a complex yet smooth light roast with clarity and present sweetness.

Steps:

Grind coffee at medium setting

Rinse filter with 212°F water

Bloom: Pour to 60g water, wait 30 seconds

Continuous pour stages:

Pour to 150g, swirl five to ten times

Pour to 250g

Final Pour to 350g, swirl five to ten times

Target brew time: 3:15 - 4:15 minutes
