Gitare AB is produced by its namesake, Gitare, a washing station established in 1954 that belongs to the Kimaratia Farmers Co-operative Society. It’s uniquely embedded within a tea-growing zone, and sources its water from the nearby River Theta.
This coffee was air-freighted by Regalia a month after harvest to preserve its peak freshness. A beautiful representation of Kenyan coffee, this washed light-roast opens up beautifully with notes of pomegranate, dark chocolate–covered fig, plum, and lychee.

Grind Guidance
Start in the middle of your espresso range on your grinder, and Series 1 will tell you to go finer or coarser after your shot pulls. It is expected that you might need to adjust based on your specific variables (i.e. location, climate, water mineral content, etc.). Small adjustments go a long way!

Adjust grind size if your shot pulls too fast (grind finer) or too slow (grind coarser)
