Producer Jhon Rodríguez spent years perfecting his fermentation processes, a story of persistence that led to coffee exactly like this Drop. Warm Up 26, is an easy-to-love coffee that’s co-fermented with peaches, with a juicy body, medium citric-tartaric acidity, and a clean citrusy finish.

Grind Guidance
Start in the middle of your espresso range on your grinder, and Series 1 will tell you to go finer or coarser after your shot pulls. It is expected that you might need to adjust based on your specific variables (i.e. location, climate, water mineral content, etc.). Small adjustments go a long way!
Tips
-
This coffee is light, fruit-forward, and expressive - the goal is to keep the shot juicy and sweet without pushing the fermentation too hard. A slightly longer yield helps open up the peach, apricot, and citrus notes while keeping the finish clean
-
If the shot tastes sharp or thin, grind slightly finer. If it tastes dry, boozy, or heavy, grind slightly coarser or reduce the yield to 40-42g
-
Adjust grind size if your shot pulls too fast (grind finer) or too slow (grind coarser)
-
Clean your Series 1 regularly for optimal performance
