Cat & Cloud describes this coffee as like sipping a strawberry gin and tonic with a twist of grapefruit peel, refreshing! Grown in the mineral-rich soil of the East African Rift Valley in Kenya’s Nyeri region, it was fully washed at the acclaimed Gatomboya Factory. We tasted grapefruit, clove, hibiscus, rose, dried apricot, and elderberry, with a juicy red grapefruit acidity, and a silky clean body.

Every coffee we share has been tasted and recommended by our expert Tasting Panel who have years of experience in specialty coffee. We cast a wide net, trying hundreds of coffees, keeping an open mind to new regions, processes, and roasters, and going through many rounds of cupping. If there was an easier way of choosing each coffee, we wouldn’t want to do it.
